 | Q : What is your return policy? |

 | R : If item is not as described or not working on arrival a full refund of the purchase price will be given. Goods must be returned unused and undamaged with all original parts and packaging. UNWANTED items will incur an administration charge of £3 per ITEM to cover fees. No refunds for postal charges can be given. |
 | Q : When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | R : ALL orders are dispatched same working day, if ordered before 2pm. We send all orders via Royal Mail delivery as standard (1-3 working day delivery is normal) or if requested, Royal Mail Special Delivery (next working day). International orders are sent by Royal Mail Interntional Signed For, and delivery is typically 5-10 working days. |
 | Q : My order hasn't arrived - what has happened to it ? |

 | R : The item may have been taken back to your local sorting office for collection. A card should have been left by the postman informing you of this. It may also have been taken in by a neighbour (or colleague if delivered to work). Please check with them also. Occasionally items get lost in post. If this happens we will replace free of charge. |
 | Q : Do you ship internationally? |

 | R : Yes. We ship worldwide, unless stated in the description of the item. Postage rates vary so please check details before purchasing. |
 | Q : Do you charge VAT ? |

 | R : Yes. We are a fully legitimate VAT registered UK company. We therefore are obliged to charge VAT on all sales, but we think that our prices are very competitive even with VAT included ! |
 | Q : My country/location is exempt from VAT - can I buy without VAT included ? |

 | R : Yes, your price will be the price shown, without any VAT element included.
Eg - the advertised price is £10 - normally this would have a net price of £8.33 with £1.77 vat
If you are VAT exempt, the VAT would not be calculated and so your price is £10 |
