| Q: Do you offer combined shipping rates for multiple purchases?
A: Yes! We love to combine shipping! For items shipped within the US, you pay shipping for the heaviest item first and then $2 for each additional item (heavy items such as coats or bulky sweaters may cost more depending on their weight).
For international purchases, the exact cost of shipping depends on the weight of the items being shipped. But generally you pay shipping for the heaviest item first and then between $2 to $3 for each additional lightweight dress/skirt/top. Heavy items such as coats or bulky sweaters will cost more depending on their weight.
Items eligible for combined shipping must be won within 7 days of each other.
Q: Do international buyers have to pay additional customs fees?
A: Customs fees vary from country to country, so as an international buyer outside of the US you need to be aware of your own country's customs rules and fees. International buyers are responsible for paying ANY and ALL customs fees and taxes their country may require. These fees--if required by your country--are assessed once the item reaches your country and are paid to your local post office/customs office when your package is delivered. Customs fees and taxes are not associated with the seller, and again are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information on your country's customs rules and fees we suggest checking with your local post office.
Q: Will you mark international purchases as a gift on customs forms?
A: No. Marking items as a gift is illegal. All customs forms are filled out truthfully. Used/vintage clothing is marked as such, with the stated value being the final ending bid of the auction. Shipping costs are not included in the item's value.
Q: I need an item before it is scheduled to end. Will you end the auction early?
A: No. Very sorry, but to be fair to all bidders/watchers we do not end auctions early. We do, however, offer USPS Express Mail shipping within the US and internationally if you need an item extra fast. If you would like express mail shipping please email us for an Express Mail shipping rate quote. |
