Returns Policy.
We trade fairly and aim to offer the best customer service.
If you wish to return an item to us you MUST contact us first and return your purchase with FB approval
We will only offer refunds in the following circumstances;
The majority of clothing is custom made to customers requirements so please only purchase if 100% sure, as returns are of no use to use.
If refunds are issued, ebay automatically sends an unpaid item dispute to customer, please make sure you respond to it to avoid receiving a strike.
Sizes not received or Unwanted Items:
If customer does not return size information, therefore we are not able to dispatch intime for date requested, we will refund
in most other circumstances we will offer refund minus the original Postage costs and these will also be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Customer will also be responsible for return postage.

Faulty Items:
We will only offer refunds on faulty unworn goods, please keep in smoke free enviroments.
Please inspect your garment prior to wearing and contact us immediately if there is a problem.

Non-Receipt of goods:  The majority of outfits are sent via next day special delivery.
In the event of an order going missing in the post, we will go threw procedure of claim compensation from Royal Mail, we will aim to issue replacements to customers if required.
For items sent via first class post or recorded delivery we must allow 3 weeks before issuing a replacement or refund. 
Most items will either require a signature or will not fit through a letter box therefore they may be held at your towns sorting office or with a neighbour.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns are only accepted when agreed prior with customer.
When you are making a return please obtain proof of posting and retain this receipt in case of loss.
We can not be held responsible for returned items that do not reach us and can only help the customer to make a claim for compensation with the proof of posting.

Clubwear is not dispatched until relevant size information is sent to us
Fluffy legwarmers are made to standard length of 19 inch unless specific details are forwarded at the time of purchase

Items delayed in the post or not received due to incorrect address details registered on the user eBay account.
We will deliver to alternate address but this must be confirmed by a telephone call or email from the customer.
We aim to describe our service, products and terms as often as possible and as clearly as possible.
We will not accept responsibility for errors or delays caused by customers not reading product descriptions or store policy correctly.
