Arai shells are made from unique and exclusive materials. The combination of `Superfibre' and resins produces an extremely strong outer shell, therefore is highly impact-resistant. The unique shape of Arai helmets offer superb periphiral vision, they also offer five different shell sizes, this is with three different inner shell options, this is for maximum comfort and a superb fit.

The helmet's inner layer of Multiple Density Foam is constructed as a one-piece item, for more strength.

It takes nearly 18 man-hours of labour, from highly skilled workmans, to produce each Arai helmet and every single Arai helmet is built to the same high quality standards.

Info on every single Arai constructed in the last 20 years is held on disk, this means the history of every single helmet made - which includes the names of the workmen who have worked on it - so its completely traceable.
