14 MAY 2012: IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT! AS OF 01 JUNE 2012 due to changing eBay policies and continued rising fees our Tactical Advantage eBay Store will no longer be listing items under $100.00 in value. This will reduce our average items listed from the current 500+ to under 100. As always all of the items will be available through our web site at prices at least 10% lower than our eBay store pricing.

04 FEB 2012: REDUCED PRICING!  We haved reduced prices on all Specialty Defense Systems MOLLE Gear. As always, all of our SDS gear is sourced directly from the factory. No used, seconds or surplus gear.

Q : How much are shipping and handling charges?
R : Shipping and handling is outlined at the bottom of each item listing. We try to keep the shipping charges for each item as close as possible to the actual shipping charge we pay and we add a $1.00 handling fee to this estimated amount to cover any packaging materials and transporation costs.
Q : Do you combine shipping?
R : Yes. Our store is set up to automatically discount shipping for COMBINED purchases only. The automatic shipping discount will charge the initial shipping charge for the highest shipping cost item and then deduct $4.50 from the shipping cost listed on each addt'l item. Items paid for individually do not qualify and WILL NOT receive a refund.
Q : When can I expect my order to arrive?
R : We ship most orders the same or next business day. If there is a delay you will be notified by email. All orders under 5 lbs. ship USPS Priority Mail, which averages 2 - 3 business days in transit to CONUS and 7 - 10 days for APO/FPO addresses. UPS Ground is used for CONUS orders over 5 lbs. and time is transit averages 2 - 5 business days.
Q : What is your return policy?
R : All sales are final. We do not accepts returns or exchanges. We will coordinate replacement with the manufacture if an item is defective. If you have questions please contact us before placing your order.
Q : Do you ship internationally?
R : Tactical Advantage does not offer it's products to foreign buyers OR U.S. freight forwarders / proxy buyers. If you have a U.S. Ebay account and are a foreign buyer with a foreign PayPal account OR if you are a freight forwarding company, regardless if your PayPal account is U.S. based, DO NOT bid on our items. Your order will be canceled.
Q : Why is your Ebay pricing more expensive than your web site pricing?
R : In general, items listed in Ebay are at least 10% more expensive than the same items listed on our web site. This is due the high cost of selling on Ebay and high final value fees we are charged. One month on Ebay costs us more than our web site costs us for an entire year. Unfortunately, this addt'l expense must be passed on to our customers.
