We will deliver to France, the UK and all the countries listed on our web site. The price charged for delivery varies depending upon to which country the goods are to be delivered. Insurance is included in the delivery charge. Delivery cost will be reduced if you are purchasing multiple products at the same time.

Your order will be delivered to the address you have specified at the time your order was placed. Please supply your full address and telephone number.

Deliveries to France are normally within 72 hours. Delivery will be by the French post office's Colissimo service, (a tracking facility is available).

Deliveries to other countries in the EU are normally within 5 days. Delivery will be by the French post office's Colissimo service, (a tracking facility is available).

For deliveries to countries outside the EU please contact our sales department by email sales@snowuniverse.com or phone +33 4 50 02 48 22 before placing your order. Delivery times are normally around 20 days.

The delivery times mentioned above, and on the site, are the normal delivery times and cannot be guaranteed. Snowuniverse are not responsible for the consequences of any delivery delay.

All deliveries are insured by our carriers. Where a parcel is not received within the time period specified above, an inquiry into the matter will be opened with our carriers. This can take a number of days to be resolved and we will only dispatch replacement goods or issue a refund after the completion of the enquiry.

Tax free purchases (minus 19.6%) are available to non EU residents. In order to take advantage of this please inform us that you would like to make a tax free purchase at the time you place your order. We will attach a customs declaration to your parcel.
