All our products come from reputable sources. We do not sell fake, counterfeit or imitation products. We insist only on the best quality items available in the world today, products that have been tried and proven. We believe in helping anglers make the best of their time on the water and justify the high costs involved in going fishing these days, by increasing their catch results. We are not interested in going fishing with the bare essentials and hope to get lucky. Lucky anglers make their own luck, by investing in quality gear and armed with the best knowledge available.

We provide goods at a minimal charge. All other intangible services are FREE OF CHARGE. Spooling of line, advice on how to use our products, referrals, references, pre-rigging of products purchased from us, information on fish species, fishing tactics, information regarding the latest tackle, how to match your tackle correctly etc etc. We are happy to share our immense knowledge FREE OF CHARGE with our customers.

SHIPPING POLICIES !!!

FOR CUSTOMERS WHO WANT SPEED, SAFETY, ONLINE TRACKING, WE RECOMMEND FEDEX SHIPPING. DELIVERY WILL ONLY TAKE LESS THAN 7 DAYS. WE HAVE A GOOD DISCOUNT PROGRAMME WITH FEDEX AND WOULD LIKE OUR CUSTOMERS TO ENJOY IT.

Good shipping service does not come cheap. We recommend our customers to buy as many items as possible in ONE single purchase in order to save money on shipping cost per item.

For purchases of smaller items, lures, accessories, We recommend sending by FEDEX EXPRESS MAIL limit of up to 500 grams in package weight. The price schedule is below :

Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, USA - $15

Brazil, Greece, Israel, Turkey, Russia, Republic of Georgia - $25

Latvia, Reunion Island, Malta, Ukraine - $30

For purchases of rods, reels, orders above $100, We ONLY send by FEDEX EXPRESS MAIL from 1 KG up to 25 KG in package weight. Safety and speed is always our top priority and we hope that our customers will understand and appreciate our thoughts as well. Shipping price is reasonable and you will find the correct price quotes in most of our ebay sales items. As a general rule, All items purchased that has a SHIPPING COST OF LESS THAN $15 are sent by REGULAR AIRMAIL. Shipping time for REGULAR AIRMAIL items will be substantially longer, even up to 2 months in some countries and seasons. We cannot ship 1 lure, or 1 packet of hooks by FEDEX that cost $15. But you can ship 20 packs of hooks by FEDEX and pay $15. It is common sense.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE ESPECIALLY FOR COUNTRIES MALTA, UKRAINE, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, REUNION ISLAND, ISRAEL, UAE, TURKEY, ALL MIDDLE EAST COUNTRIES, ALL AFRICA COUNTRIES, RUSSIA, BRAZIL AND ALL OF SOUTH AMERICA, NORMAL MAIL SHIPPING THAT COST UNDER $25 IS SENT BY NORMAL REGISTERED AIRMAIL. SHIPPING TIME CAN BE AS LONG AS 1-2 MONTHS. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO WAIT FOR YOUR SHIPMENTS IF YOU ARE LOCATED IN THESE COUNTRIES. IF YOU ARE URGENT, PLEASE CHOOSE 5 DAY FEDEX EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE THAT STARTS AT $25 FOR 1/2 KG IN PARCEL WEIGHT.

We sincerely ask for our customers understanding that we cannot be responsible for regular airmail packages once they leave our hands as we have no control over the regular postal services which we find are very inconsistent in their delivery time frames. Urgent customers, Please do not pay for regular airmail services and expect fast postal service, otherwise you may be disappointed.

SOMETIMES.... WHEN GOODS ARE OUT OF STOCK.

Due to the crazy amount of items that we stock ( over 5000 items ). It is very difficult for us to control our inventory with 100% accuracy. We apologise in advance for this. On very very few occasions when we are unable to deliver on what was sold, we will inform you and seek your understanding on how to proceed. We can do an immediate refund, change to another item of your choice, or similar.

Our store policy is that we will not keep your money if we do not send your items. If we do not have your item, we will refund your money. IN THE EVENT THAT WE RETURN YOUR MONEY, OUR OBLIGATIONS WILL END AS FAR AS THE PARTICULAR SALE IS CONCERNED.

For items that absolutely are required to be exact, customers may also email us to check physical stock before making the purchase. Simply make a list of the items they wish to purchase and email us with an enquiry on availability. We will reply very quickly to inform if the items are available for immediate delivery.

Every email enquiry to us will be replied within 2 working days latest, Usually, we give a reply within 6 hours. We provide live human support, YOU WILL NEVER GET AN AUTOMATED EMAIL FROM US. In the event of any disputes, we will work very quickly to resolve in a fair and reasonable manner.

THINGS NOT TO DO WHEN SHOPPING WITH SHIMREELS

If the price is not agreeable, do not send payment. Once payment is received, we would assume that buyer has agreed to the sale price for the related invoice. We do not accept requests for discounts, partial refunds, after the sale is over. We have received numerous such requests in the past and we do not accept them.

Try to be sure before you buy. If you change your mind on a purchase, It is our decision if we are able to reverse the sale or change your purchase for you. It will be out of goodwill and there will be costs involved for the change of purchases.

Import taxes imposed in the buyers country is the responsibility of the buyer, SHIMREELS does not hold responsibility for these costs. We do our best to avoid import taxes for our buyers but in certain places, things run beyond anyone's control.
