Post and Packing: Your new jewellery will be packaged to you in a gift box or in a pouch and then packaged for posting by First Class post if you are in the U.K . A signature may be required upon delivery.
Despatch: Jewellery will normally be despatched within 3 working days of clearance of payment. However, sometimes, (due to unforseen circumstances), this is not always possible. If your order is Urgent, please get confirmation before ordering.
Faulty Items: If you have received a faulty or incorrect piece of jewellery, please accept our apologies and e-mail returns@retro-jewellery.co.uk to advise the problem so that a refund or exchange can be agreed.
Your Right To Cancel: If you wish to cancel your order, please advise within 7 days and return to Retro Jewellery within 14 days.
The Buyer will be resposible for paying return postage and getting the product back to Retro Jewellery within 14 days.
