Figurines are extremely well packed, they are first wrapped in some protective layers, then inserted and send in a solid and protective cardboard. So you can be sure that they are delivered safely to you.
All figurines are INSURED, this is what justify the shipping cost. The price of the insurance is not written on the box you will receive. But I have a receipt and on request I will show it to you. I can also give you a tracking number.
To keep shipping costs low, I use a slow shipping method. After it is sent (2 to 6 days after payment), it takes 10 to 21 days to reach you.
NOTE:delivery time may be longer for those countries: Italy, Spain, South America.
If when you receive it,and the box seems damaged, please check the inside. And if there is a problem, please mention it to the Mailman and DO NOT accept it. In that case we will have the insurance work and you will be reimbursed.
