Package damaged or Parts missing?! All of our packages are neatly sealed and come with Bubble wrapping papers. If you find your packages opened or parts missing. *Please let us know ASAP through eBay messages regarding to your situation.* There are cases that the CUSTOMS open and check the items inside the package. And of course, they may not have the patient to seal back your packages neatly. So, If there is anything suspicious, let us know ASAP!!

Shipping Address
We only ship to PayPal address. For buyers with unconfirmed PayPal address, we may ask for extra information to reconfirm, shipping may cause a short delay. We reserved the right not to ship to unconfirmed address.
Insurance & Missing Postage
Insurances are optional for most of our items. If Buyer DID NOT buy insurance for the item(s) purchased, we may not be responsible for the missing postage. All postages have track number; we will try our best to assist on investigation for missing / never arrived postage for all buyers.
