| R :We have several thousand international clients and enjoy our relationships. We need international buyers to understand though that mail has gotten much slower so delivery times are longer and we have no control over that. |

| R :When we are selling a vintage, used, antique or pre-owned item it is clearly stated and described in detail. Items that are vintage or antique do show the patina of the years which is to be expected and adds to their charm. |

| R :We accept returns for exchange only. Returns must be postmarked back to us within 3 days or we cannot accept them. We cannot take return of anything that has been used. |

| R :No, we are a sizable dealer of Genesis heat set oil paints. We get our product directly from the factory right here in the USA. Our product is always fresh as we order usually at least once a week. |
| Q :Do you combine shipping on international orders? |

| Q :Are there special international shipping considerations? |

| R :Yes. International orders of $45 or more are required to ship standard USPS Priority for tracking security. If you ask us to split the parcels we can do so with no shipping discount if there are multiple items. |
| Q :How fast do you ship items once they are paid? |

| R :Items paid by 5pm EST are shipped the following day (except for Sundays). |

| R :We charge exact shipping cost and a small handling fee of between $.25 - $2.00 depending on the nature of the item. The handling fee is to defray the cost of packaging and other costs associated with your purchase. |
