
Contact must be made within 2 days of auction ending, and payment made within 5 days. Items will be posted as soon as payment has cleared.
POSTAGE
We offer a choice on postage to meet individual requirements. We do our upmost to keep postage costs to a minimum, but have to take into consideration the weight and bulk requirements as directed by the Post Office and respond accordingly. All items are sent out by registered post.
We would not want the cost of postage to prevent you from placing an order. We can offer a courier service for a flat fee of £6.95, please note that this is not applicable in parts of Scotland.
We offer a postage discount for multiple purchases, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise what the total postage costs would be.
Items will be posted as soon as payment has cleared, we post everyday to allow goods to reach customer asap.
RETURNS.
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. However it is not possible to accept returns on fabric cut from the roll as it is difficult if not impossible to resell. Therefore please ask as many questions as you wish prior to purchasing the fabric to ensure you receive exactly what you expect. We will replace or refund faulty items. |
