This company answered a technical question very promptly before I purchased which gave me confidence to buy. The part arrived when they said it would and was a genuine Bosch product in correct packaging. Part fitted and car now runs as it should. Very competitive price for a genuine branded part. I can recommend this company and will use them again. Prior to this I bought a cheaper, unbranded part which did not work from another company.

Everything as in the description, unfortunately the parcel arrived long after the deadline. I contacted the seller, quick response, parcel delivered the next day. I don't know if the first one was after the deadline or the second one sent by the seller. the parcel arrived, I am satisfied. This can happen to anyone. Ebay reacted, the seller reacted. Everything's ok for me

Item advertised on site as in stock by seller, refunded me later the same day after sending a message to me through eBay explaining the issue. Look for the same item again and there listing was still on eBay so very disappointing. They did say that it was in a back log and a three week lead time for the item before they get it back in stock. I don't think I'd use these again as they don't monitor they stock and this causes delays my end.
