We specialize in selling a well-known Chinese brand name "Bamboo Factor" products to both wholesale buyers who wish to re-sell our products and individuals who wish to purchase items for their own use or for gifts. The more you buy, the higher the shipping discount you can get!

We accept PayPal only. Other than PayPal, we DO NOT ACCEPT Personal Cheque or Postal/Money Order or any other form of payment.

Shop ship-to locations

Worldwide countries, namely, the UK, the United States (including North and South America) and Canada, European Unions, France, Italy, Germany, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, South America, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Poland, etc. Items are usually sent out within 48 hours of receipt of cleared funds. Postal insurance is optional to all international countries except Italy, Brazil, Poland, Chile, Turkey, etc. for which delivery speeds is normally in between 14 and 60 days according to past experience. In case of postal delay, it will take about 90 days as with past shipment. Please note that for any items that the buyers do not take out postal insurance, we won't be held responsible for any postal loss or damage.

Postage & Packaging

All my buyers have to pay for Shipping which includes postage, handling and packaging because this involves international delivery, and not local delivery. As postage is calculated based on the weight of each item, international buyers are absolutely required to pay for shipping and handling of each item they bided. For international buyers from western countries and European countries such as Italy, France, Germany, Poland, Brazil, Chile, Turkey, etc., if you do not accept these terms, please do not bid for my products.

RETURN POLICY

If you have any problems, please email us! We are very reasonable people! Unless otherwise agreed, we will not offer refunds or exchanges.

If the winning auction is unfortunately found to be faulty or defective upon receipt, you are required to not only inform the seller of this within 48 hours but also return it within 7 days of receipt, failing which your request for exchange or refund will NOT be accepted, regardless of whatever reasons you may have.

Refund will be accepted only after deducting original shipping and handling as indicated in my listing in case there is no stock of the item in question available.

Returned item(s) must be in original resalable condition with original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

After receiving your returned item, we will send you a written confirmation by email and refund the purchase price to you via PayPal. As a normal practice, the whole process will take about 2 to 4 weeks.

In the event of any disputes, the final decision lies with us.
