What WILL you find at Billy Mountain's World of Games?

You WILL experience fast and professional service. We want you to be happy with us so that you come back again. Most questions are answered within 24 hours. We will always try to address any complaints or requests to the best of our ability. We also understand that everyone makes mistakes and will keep this in mind for all issues on either side of a transaction.

You WILL see accurate and honest depictions of any items for sale. We have dealt in collectible cards since 1993. We remember when Alpha starters were a mere $8. We know the difference between Alpha/Beta, Unlimited/Revised, Legends/Chronicles. We are players too, and we won't sell you a marked or damaged card unless we represent it as such.

Your purchase WILL be shipped as quickly as possible, within reason. Shipments are at least every other day, and most orders begin to be processed within 24 hours. If it costs us an extra dollar or so to upgrade from normal to priority shipping, we will do this for you, because we know you don't like to wait for your cards. You will even receive an email when your order is shipped, assuming your email address is correct.

We WILL do our best to value all of our international customers. We try to fulfill all (legal) requests for customs declarations. We do our best to communicate, even if it means using web translators to get the message across. We do our best to get your order to you, and although there are occasional delays out of our control, some packages make it overseas in under a week!

We WILL always leave feedback. We know that Feedback is an important part of Ebay, and you should always expect to receive appropriate feedback for all items that you buy.

What WON'T you find at Billy Mountain's?

You will NOT find outrageous combined shipping charges! Some dealers charge $1 per card or more! You know as well as we do that it doesn't cost a dollar to fit another card in that sleeve. We also know that you don't want to calculate some crazy math formula just to figure what you want to pay. That is why shipping is $2.50, to anywhere, whether you buy 1 card or 1000.

You will NOT find "handling fees" for extra cards! Don't you hate browsing a list of cards, knowing that those rares for a dollar each are really going to cost two dollars each? We are not going to "punish" you for buying more at our store. Once you pay the initial shipping cost at our store, the price you see is the price you pay!

You will NOT see ten pages of writing for one little card. You know you hate it...you have to page down through endless pages of junk just to see if the card is gold bordered or not. We aren't lawyers and we don't expect you to be, either. No legal stuff, disclaimers, videos, or short stories in our listings...just the info you need and want, to decide if you want to make a purchase. If you need more information, you can always submit a question and we will reply as soon as possible.
