All shipping originates from our warehouse in Cornwall.
We take great care when packaging your order and "over pack" all items that we ship to ensure that they reach you in the same condition that they left us.Some ebayers DO charge a little less for their shipping and handling but we have experienced "cheap" packaging for ourselves and have found it to be a worthless exercise often resulting in damaged goods being delivered.
CHEAP PACKAGING IS NOT GOOD – GOOD PACKAGING IS NOT CHEAP !
BAREQUIPMENTDIRECT.COM prefer to arrange Shipment via the Royal Mail, however this may not always be possible, we reserve the right in the event of unforeseen circumstances or if your item is of irregular size or weight to use a carrier/courier of our choice.
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours after full payment is received (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
Combined purchases WILL qualify for a shipping discount if shipped within the same consignment.

in the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDANCE OF DAMAGE MAY BE REQUIERED before a refun is issued.
